Dashboard overview

How the interface is structured

The TeraOne dashboard is divided into three main areas: the global navigation at the top, the server rail on the left, and the main content area on the right. This layout is the same on every page — you only need to orient yourself once.

Global navigation

The top bar contains the TeraOne logo (links to the home page), links to documentation and support, and the login button or your avatar menu when logged in. From the avatar menu you can also switch the dashboard language (German / English). This language setting only affects the dashboard — the language the bot uses for messages is controlled separately in the server settings.

Server rail

The left rail shows all servers where you have admin rights and TeraOne is invited. Clicking a server icon opens the configuration for that server. Servers without an active bot are shown greyed out — you can open the invite link directly from there.

You can group servers into folders by dragging one server icon onto another. Folders can be reordered by drag and drop and given a custom name.

Overview tab

The first tab after selecting a server is the overview. It shows at a glance:

  • Bot online status (green = connected)
  • Current member count for the server
  • Which modules are active (green dot) and which are disabled (grey)
  • Most recent bot actions (Leveling events, mod actions, YouTube posts)

The left sidebar within the server dashboard lists all available modules. Modules with an active status show a coloured dot. Unconfigured modules show a "Set up" prompt. Click a module to open its settings page. All changes only take effect after clicking "Save".

Language switcher

The dashboard is available in German and English. Switch via the globe icon in the top navigation. This setting is tied to your browser and is not saved across servers.

The language the bot itself uses (level-up messages, welcome texts, etc.) is configured in the server settings — independently of the dashboard language.

Frequently asked questions

I don't see my server in the rail — why?
The bot must be invited to the server AND you must have Administrator or Manage Server permission there. Check both, then reload the page.
Can I open the dashboard in two browser tabs for two servers at the same time?
Yes, each browser tab manages its own server independently. Changes in tab A do not affect tab B.
Where can I find logs of what the bot has done?
In the overview tab under "Recent actions". For full server logs, the audit log module is recommended.
